Jack Willis – Founder & Director
Jack Willis is the founder of VZN Events, bringing fresh energy and a wealth of hands-on experience to the event production industry. Jack’s journey began early, and with years of industry experience, he has quickly honed his expertise in Technical Production, Site Management, and Project Management. Having worked with major events nationally and internationally, with capacities ranging from 500 - 175,000, Jack has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences.
Driven by a desire to simplify the often-overwhelming complexities of event planning, Jack founded VZN Events with a clear vision: to create “events without the faff”. His approach blends technical know-how with a practical, no-nonsense attitude, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and expertly. Jack is committed to delivering excellence, managing complex logistics, and making the process of event planning as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients. His passion for delivering exceptional results has earned him a reputation as a rising star in the industry.

Dani Messenger – Event Manager
Dani Messenger is Event Manager at VZN Events, bringing more than seven years of hands-on experience across festivals and live events. Her background in accreditation and ticketing has helped VZN Events expand the range of services available to clients.
Her experience also covers Site Office Management, Guest Lists and Box Office, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both pre-production and on-site delivery. Dani has managed accreditation operations for events involving between 200 and 15,000 crew members.
Having specialised in Accreditation and Site Office operations early in her career, Dani has developed extensive knowledge of the systems and people required to keep complex events organised.
She is experienced in coordinating teams, suppliers, contractors, artists and crew, as well as managing event logistics in fast-paced environments. From advancing requirements and building teams to resolving on-site issues, Dani brings a calm, organised and practical approach to every project.
At VZN Events, Dani combines her operational experience, industry connections and people-first approach to help deliver seamless events. Her focus is simple: keeping things organised, solving problems and ensuring every moving part comes together successfully.
